Error In Blogger
There is error that I found out in Blogger. Say you open the Dashboard and then go to New Post. Then you decide that you need some sleep you go to sleep and wake upu after an hour. Write the post adn publish it.
Now the problem is, the time for that post will not be when you published it, but when you actually opened the New Post page. I think this is specific to Blogger Beta, but I am not sure.

Tazo!
Remember the Tazos that use to come with the Lays or Cheetos packets? I finally realized why they were named so. If I remember correctly, the first tazos to come in India were that of Looney Toones. Remember the Tasmanian Devil, al the Looney friends call him Taz. And a Tazo similar to the Tasmanian Devil, when launched goes at a very high speed and is constantly rotating. Thus from -

People dont change!!
Blogger.com was made by Evan in 1998, then he sold it to Google and went on in life. After that he made ODEO.com . Now there is a striking similarity in both Blogger's and ODEO's upload section.See it for your self -
This is the image that comes when images are being uploaded to Blogger.com
This is the image that come when Audio is being uploaded to ODEO.com
There is a striking resemblance between these to images as the owner of both the websites used to be same. Cool aint it?

Love me or hate me, that is the question.
If you love me then Thank you!
If you hate me then F*** you!
[repeat]
I'm fat, I need a diet.
No, in fact i'm just too light
And i ain't got the biggest breast-s-s, but i write all the best disses.
I got hairy armpits, but i don't walk around like this.
i wear a big baggy t-shirt that hides that nasty sh**.
Ugh!
Never had my nails done.
Bite them down until they're numb.
I'm the one with the non-existent bum,
Now i dont really give a....Ugh!
I'm late for my shepherd's pie
Like a high maintenance chick missin' her diamonds.
I'm missin' my clippers size.
Now bow down to your royal highness.
No i dont own a corgi,
Had a hamster, it died cuz i ignored it.
Go on then, go on report me,
I'm English, try and deport me!
[Chorus]
Love me or hate me, its still an obsession.
Love me or hate me, that is the question.
If you love me then Thank you!
If you hate me then F*** you!
[repeat]
I'm that funky little monkey with the tiniest ears.
i don't like drinkin fancy champy,
I'll stick wit Heineken beers.
Whoops, might burp in ya face,
A little unlady-like,
What can i say?
Well oh gosh i'm not posh, male wit odd socks.
I do what i'm doin YEAH!
So everybody's entitled to opinions,
I open my mouth and sh** i got millions.
I'm the middle kid, the riddle kid,
I'll make you giggle till your sick
Cuz my nose jiggles while i spit.
Yeah i do have some stories
And its true i want all the glory.
Go on then, come on support,
I'm English, try and deport me!
[Chorus]
Love me or hate me, its still an obsession.
Love me or hate me, that is the question.

Tony Hawk and BMX!!!
You know the game Tony Hawk Underground right! Well you would also know that it is a complete skateboarding game. Now that where you are wrong!
You can also ride a BMX bike on all the Tony Hawk locations as well. Just go to the cheats section and write the follwing code there - "the_condor". Remember the underscore in between. And voila now you can also ride the BMX on THUG2!!!

Virtually Real
I think people confuse real life with games a lot. Today, when I saw Anuj(a.k.a LaLa), a senior of mine playing Need For Speed Underground in Auto transmission, I told him that he should pla in manual as it gives more control. He says to me, "Have you ever driven anythin apart from a cycle?".
Alright, so I might not have driven anything aprt from a cycle or skates but I do know a lot about Need For Speed(definitely more that LaLa). Knowing how to drive in real life and the one in NFS are two extremely differnt things. They are not interconnected whatsoever. And even if he has driven a car I am so sure it is not even close to the tuner cars that are available in the NFS series.
So sometimes, just sometimes people should realize that if they can do something in real life they would be able to do it in a computer game as well and vice-versa!

The Perfect Day
Today was the perfect day of my life. I know it sounds strange that in only 14.7 years I was able to find a perfect day but still it was. I woke up at around 7:45 AM which is niether too late nor too late. I had my favourite breakfast, I mean the one that I have been having for the past 12 years. I did some History(which I agree was a little boring). Then we had Pav Bhaji and quite amazingly I actually liked the Bhaji part too.
Then after some more of Social Science we had lunch that was Pav Bhaji again. Then some more history and after that I gave a Math Mock Exam that went pretty well that went better than my last on that was really reall really bad. After playing some small Flash Games and Internet Checkers we went to have Pizza. The Pizza was really nice and the 1000 Island Dressing was sooooo tasty. Now I am Back...going to do some more studies.
So the day was a perfect balance of Studies, Family Fun, Blogging and Food. I totally wish to have more days similar to this in my life.

Roger That!
I recenty read about the origin of the phrase "Roger That" which is vry fruquently used in Military and in Counter Strike too, so I though that I would share it with everyone. When people were using the Morse Code, to say "Yes" or "Ok" they would sen "dit-dah-dit"or "._.". This is also R in morse code. And according to the "Alpha Bravo Charlie" code R is Roger. Thus its voice equivalent became "Roger!" or "Roger That!".

Uivers Revolved is a three dimensional alphabet. It invites the readers to play with their imaginative mind and thinkbeyond the conventions of their familiar reading method. It is pretty cool you can check it out at UniversRevolved.com. You can download the font for your PC from the Download Section. Like the above picture looks like a lamp and the word "LAMP" is also written in the picture using this font. Cool eh?

Tata IT wiz!
Tata held it Quiz this year in Delhi. I got to know that I am going to participate in it yesterday. So we went and got to know that around 200 teams for differnt schools had come for the quiz. My Partner was Vibhor . The Prelims were kinda easy and we made it to the final 6. The finals were totally killer. We were only able to answer two questions and came 4th from the six finalists. It was okay as I did not know that it was going to happen and also the standard of quistions according to me was very very very high. but, stilll the prizes that I got were great(some would say, I found them rather boring or useless) . Here is the list -
- Speaker Set
- Coffe Mug
- T-Shirt
- Coffetable books
- Fastrack Watch
- Manorma Year Book
- CD Case
- Sports Bag
Useless thing wont you agree. But still the first prize was a laptop and the secod one was an iPod Nano. Next time I am sure I am gonna study and appear for this quiz!

Exin 1-2-3!!
Ah! Exun the big one! This computer symposium was a really good one for me. I went for four competetions from which I won at three of them. The Results were -
- Third in Senior Quiz
- Second in Junior Quiz
- First in Programming
The senior quiz was really reall really tough man I mean we had no idea what was goin on. We had chances of winning the Junior Quiz too if Vibhor and I hadn't screwed up a little bit.
But still! It was a great experienced and one of the DVD's that I got from Exun that was suppose to contain the video was empty I can be put to personal use! Yipeee! Free 4.7 GB!!!!

Mario was everywhere!!
Do you remember those good old days of what we now call Retro Gaming. Games such as Mario, Donkey Kong, Popeye and even Space Invaders. Then, gaming was not as intense as it is now it used to be plain fun. I have also noticed that at that time Mario was everywhere. Here are a few examples -
Punch Out: It was the only official NES title to make use of MMC2, Multi Memory Controller. dont you see that the guy that is saying "fight" looks a lot like Mario.
Donkey Kong: As we all know that Mario made his debut in video games in Donkey Kong.
Cleaning: Even the NES Cleaning Kit features a huge picture of Mario cleanging the box.

How to be Lazy
Laziness is the key to success. Here are the rules of being lazy:
1. Never do anything. If you wait around long enough, someone else will do it.
2. Don't move. Moving is overrated.
3. Never run. Running is the worst thing you can do. I had to run once.. big mistake.
4. If something is not in your reach, you don't need it. Before you get up to get something across the room next time, think. Do you really want to get up and walk all the way there and all the way back to get it? Yeah, I know. I felt stupid for moving all those times.
5. Don't have an opinion. Opinions are thoughts, and thoughts are work.
6. Don't work. Working is for suckers. Be a CEO if you can, they never do anything.
7. If you have to move, fuss about it. Make it well known that you're pissed off because you have to move. Sigh a lot. Drag your feet and arch your back at 60 degrees (bad posture helps you to conform to the shapes of couches when you sit down, and it makes you look tired).
8. Sleep as much as you can. Contrary to common sense and popular belief, sleeping is very productive.
9. Don't talk. Talking requires the movement of your jaw.. way too much work.
10. If you have to work, do a half-assed job at it. Example: If you have to rake leaves, push them out into the road or into your neighbor's yard. If you have a riding lawn mower, run over them a few times until the pieces are small enough to hide in between blades of grass.
I have more rules, but this is taking more effort than I thought. I'll update this later.. if I'm not too tired

Two Chapters to complete!!
Okay! So now I am home and I have around two chapters of maths to complete so that I can give the B.T. mock test and actually get good marks in it. I need to get like above 85 so that I can have the confidence that I need for the PrePreBoards. So, probable I will be dishing out a post on Quake and Condition Zero maps when I have completed them. If I dont complete them I will be up all night to do some other study and then probably blog.
I have to go to MODEM tommorow...so wish me luck!!

Dilli Bandh!!
There has been a Dilli Bandh everal times here but the first time ever has it ever effected me and it is quite annoying. Due to this the schools are closed and I cant meet my friends. Also several computer symposiums are being postponed. For example WARP that is the computer symposium of DPS Mathura road was on 7th and 8th of Novembor but the government advised all the private schools to remain closed on these days. I mean I was to go to around 2 competetions one the first day and on 1 on the other day. But now this symposium has been posponed until further notice. I hope that something like this does not happen to MODEM or Exun.

VV R ! T ₤ |_ ! |< ₤ T # ! $
I have noticed that many people these days have started to use alternative characters for the normal alphabets. It might look cool to some people but to me it is just stupid. I mean I also think that writing in the way we SMS is stupid like - 'hi dis is m. hw r u?'. But atleast this still has a reason as it is easier and faster to type but this one is -
- Difficult to understand
- Difficult to write
I have no idea why people are writing like that.

chmod web 777
It turns out that lots of people don’t like (well, okay, despise) the term Web 2.0 because they see it as just a bunch of marketing hooey. If you fall into that camp, an alternative name is becoming increasingly popular as some folks, their inner geeks in full view, are stumping for the phrase chmod 777 web.
Unix mavens will recognize the inference immediately and will be chuckling to themselves. For everyone else, here’s the background: chmod is short for “change mode,” and it’s the Unix command you use to change the permissions on a file or directory. There are three types of permissions—read, write, and execute—and each one is either on (1) or off (0). So if a file has read, write, and execute permissions turned on, you write that as 111, which is the binary equivalent to decimal 7. Lastly, you specify three different sets of permissions for each object: the owner of the file, the members of the file’s group, and everyone else. So if you give read, write, and execute permission to all three sets of users, that’s written as 777, and the command that applies these permissions is chmod 777.
So what does this have to do with Web 2.0? Well, the Web has always been about reading (users have “read” permission), but Web 2.0 is characterized by socially produced knowledge such as that found on wiki-based sites (“write” permission), and by sites that look and feel like desktop programs (“execute” permission). So chmod 777 web has all the essential characteristics of this new phase of Web development built right into the phrase.
That’s not to say that chmod 777 web is destined for lexical stardom. It’s not a phrase that trips lightly off the tongue; explaining what it means takes too long; and it’s Geeky with a capital “G.” Still, I love it, because it exudes an in-your-face cleverness and an admirable compactness (so much meaning in such a short phrase!). It wouldn’t surprise me to see this phrase take up residence in some of the blogosphere’s nerdier neighborhoods, especially those where “Web 2.0” is a verboten term.
